Before anything goes wrong.
Your clients connect their socials and add you. They pick what you see. No passwords, and nothing for your team to do.
For agencies and advisors
Your clients connect their socials and add you. If one of them loses an account, we're already working it and you can see where it stands. Who actually pays ↓
How it works
Your clients connect before anything happens. If an account is taken, the recovery is already underway.
Your clients connect their socials and add you. They pick what you see. No passwords, and nothing for your team to do.
We detect it, or your client confirms they're locked out. A case opens and we work it through the platform's business channel, not the consumer help form. You see it in your console.
For an eligible takeover still unrecovered, Cysurance owes your client $5,000 at day seven and $20,000 more at day 21. We prepare and submit the incident record.
The recovery timeline
Cysurance owes your client $5,000. We keep working the recovery.
Another $20,000 becomes payable. $25,000 in total.
The money runs to the member, not to you. Rights to the Remedy run against Cysurance, and your organization carries no obligation under it.
Both windows run from the Incident Time defined in the member agreement. Payment follows the submission process in section 7 of the member agreement.
Who this is for
If you work with creators or brands, this is for you. Your clients connect their social accounts, add you, and choose what you see. Nothing is shared without their say-so. Sociable never holds a password.
Your creators' accounts are your revenue. See the whole roster in one place, get the alert first, and hand the case to a team already on it.
Somewhere to send the client who calls in a panic, and a timestamped incident record they can share with you or with a brand.
The client sets your access. Defaults by role: agencies and managers see status, get alerts and can act for the client. Lawyers see status, alerts and the incident record. Accountants see status and Remedy payment notices. Ask for more and the client approves it. Every view and action is logged for both sides.

No. Your clients buy their own memberships at $99 a year. Agencies earn a referral fee. Advisor access is free.
Yes. Your clients add you and choose what you see: status, alerts, the incident record, or the ability to act for them. A client can have more than one advisor and can change or remove access at any time.
A timestamped log: the takeover signals from the platform, the member's confirmation of lost access, every recovery step, and the day-seven determination. Members can share it with a lawyer, an agency or a brand. It records what the platform exposed. It does not prove every case.
No. You see status and case progress at the level your client sets. Posts and messages stay with the member. Sociable never holds passwords.
Agencies: an agreement, a way to tell your roster, and the roster size so we know whether the dedicated recovery manager applies. Advisors: a verified account for your firm and the names of who gets alerts. Your clients enroll themselves.
Not under the program. A takeover that began before the member joined is not eligible, and protection begins November 1, 2026. Tell me what happened anyway and I will point you at something useful today.
Loss of access to a connected account on a supported platform, confirmed by the member in the console. Eligibility conditions, exclusions and the full member agreement apply, including two-factor authentication staying on and the account staying connected.
The membership is theirs. They keep it, they keep the rate, and they can remove your access.
No. Sociable is a warranty and service agreement, not an insurance policy, and members are not insureds under it. Cysurance is the obligor, meaning it owes and pays the cash Remedy.
