Hack recovery StreamElements
Locked out of StreamElements?
Here’s who to contact.
We couldn’t find a StreamElements recovery page, so this points to the support route StreamElements does publish, plus what to lock down afterward.
Watch for recovery scams. Never pay someone who messages you offering to get your account back, and be wary of any “support” phone number you find in a search. Real help starts on StreamElements’s own site.
Locked out?
Try these in order.
StreamElements has no self-serve recovery page that we could find, so contact is the route.
Open StreamElements’s support page
Go to StreamElements in a browser you trust, typing it from this page rather than following a link from a message.
What that page covers
StreamElements has no hacked-account guide; secure the Twitch, YouTube or other account you sign in with, then use Submit a request on the help center.
Check the email and phone on the account
If the hacker changed the email address or phone number on your StreamElements account, change them back. If you can’t, lock down the email account itself first, because that inbox can be used to reset everything else.
Set a new password nobody has seen
Choose one you’ve never used anywhere else. If StreamElements has an option to sign out every device or review recent logins, use it.
If you’re still locked out
Look for a contact or support option in StreamElements’s Help Center, starting from the page above. Ignore anyone who messages offering to get the account back for a fee.
Still logged in?
Lock it down now.
If you can still get in, do these before the hacker notices.
- Change your password to one you’ve never used anywhere else.
- Review where you’re signed in and sign out every device or session you don’t recognize, if StreamElements shows them.
- Check the email address and phone number on the account, and the email account behind it.
- Turn on two-factor authentication if StreamElements offers it.
- Undo anything you didn’t do: posts, messages, payment or payout details, and linked apps.
- Change the password anywhere you reused it.
Never go through
this alone again.
- Connect through the platform you already use. Tap Connect and approve it inside Instagram. No passwords.
- Alerts by text and in the app. The moment something looks wrong, you hear about it.
- Recovery, or you get paid. If we can’t recover your account, you get paid up to $25,000.
Founding price through December 31. Protection starts with Instagram on December 1, 2026.
